No sleep

My kids have forgotten how to sleep and when to do it! This whole week I have been bombarded at the craziest hours of the morning and night by one or both of them (and then Jeff's alarm too!). I don't know what it is, but it has got to stop. I don't function like this. That is why I haven't posted at all. I don't barely know my name this week and I have been so crabby too. It's just no fun for any of us. And the worst part is, you'd think they'd nap well because they are so exhausted, but no, naps have been inconsistent at best for them both. I am very much so looking on to Monday and I really think I might sleep all day.

I hear you. The Boy has been cutting his last molar and eye teeth. It's killing me.

Oh, and the whole exhausted sleep better thing is a complete farse. Exhaustion causes poor sleep...and poor naps... It's a horrid cycle!

I feel SO BAD FOR YOU!!!! I have been sleeping with the boys this past week and Cooper has been waking up three times saying," Where's my pasy Kaya?" It drives me NUTS!!! But, tonight I got to sleep by myself. It was WONDERFUL!!...once I figured out there was nothing to be scared of sleeping in a room by myself!

Let me first say that Mr. Berg's comment made me laugh outloud. Second, I'm SO sorry! I'm a "need my sleep" girl, and so I feel for you. One or two days is about the limit before that lack of sleep can take a serious emotional toll. These are the times when people said "enjoy them while they're little..." when I always was like...Sure. Right. On the plus side, a good night's sleep fixes a lot of things! I'll pray for some Z's around there.

Why do children do this to us??? Don't they know we will be MUCH nicer to them if they would let us sleep?

Hope things are getting better!
