Coming Home!

It's truly the hand of God in the miracle of Stacie being flown home tomorrow. She has recovered from surgery and is in a trasportable state/stable enough to come home. Praise be to the Lord! Her days are still numbered, but at least she will be home and be able to be loved on and cared for there with her girls!

Oh my gosh, this just pulls at my heart. I am so glad that Stacie will be home with her family again - but what a horrible situation. I just don't understand all of these young people that are succumbing to cancer. I received a very upsetting e-mail tonight from my friend, Deana, and it's not looking good at all.

I'm going to go pray. And then, I'll hug my husband and my children and eat a lot of ice cream. Because that's how I cope.
