A few Ordination Day Pictures

Jeff's Ordination Sunday Pictures
Sweet family picture! Love it. Everyone was so cute that day! :) (And I really like my self tanning lotion...although my face does look really dark...hope I didn't look orange)

I am not sure if you can see what the cake says, Joshua 24:15 (just the latter part of the verse)
These are a few of his guys that waited around at the reception! They are all so close, it's awesome!

Brittany was invited as a guest to the lunch with our family and she ended up being the babysitter for a little while, self-imposed, but at the kid table nonetheless...I really appreciated that...and I love the look on Jackson's face--and Rae's too :)

I love Creighton's dress...your kids are getting big! And your face doesn't look orange...but you sure do look great with that "tan". Before I read your blog, I honestly thought you had a chance to get some sun lately. :)

I keep trying to read your blog and get interrupted. What is the deal with that?? Anyway, I loved your fun colors but it is a little easier on my eyes to read the white background. I think it's fun to change it up a little too. (: I'm sorry that Creighton had a diaper rash and you had such a hard night. Then, to top it all off I gave you a hard time when you were late! I hope you know I was SO KIDDING. I'm blessed to call you friend and thankful for your REAL heart.

very cute family photos! how fun...and i think it's wonderful that your Hubs was ordained!

did you, by chance, read my blog about harrison's horrible diaper rash? i've developed the cure-all ointment! no kidding - it's AWESOME!

mix equal parts lotrimin, cortaid, vaseline together. add i little bit of maalox to thin it out slightly. smear on bottom three times a day. (it does not hurt them). good luck!! i know it's SO hard...

What brand/kind of tanning lotion is it? I have a hard time finding a good one, especially one that works well on the face. Yours looks great! I need some info!

thanks for all the nice comments! :)

Christy, I didn't feel like you gave me a hard enough time...:) And you are very sweet...the feeling is mutual.

Rachel--thanks for the rash advice...that sounds intersting! :)

Hannah--is is Neutrogena Instant Bronze (Medium) Streak Free Foam...the only thing I don't like about it (and this applies to ALL self tanners) is that in the winter my hands are really crack-y and dry and it gets a little brown/orange in the crevices/cracks and then I also bite my nails/cuticles and it turns those the same...my advice to help this is to coat your hands in lots of lotion the day and day before you use it so they aren't dry and to not bite your nails/cuticles...:) haha...if it were only that easy, huh...oh yes, and with this I like to do it the day before and then let it "rest/set" all day and then take a shower the morning before I need to get ready with a tan...to give it the most time to set....I love it! I like the foam...tis really easy to apply and see where you have applied...and easy to get even unlike lotions

When I apply self-tanners, I like to use those rubber/latex gloves that you can buy like 100 for under $10 at Walgreens. I use them for all kinds of things...
